From there, the shuttle to the airport arrived quickly and made getting to the terminal hassle-free. We used them for a Disney Cruise and it was the best experience. Drop off practically at the door. No standing in line to drop off luggage — an attendant came to the shuttle to pick it up. At the end of the cruise they were there before we walked out of the building. Faster in and out than people using Disney's own transportation. Disney is known for their amazing customer service, but as we were on our way home we were talking about how amazing the shuttle and parking service was. You have to be doing something right to impress more than Disney. And the price — a gated and guarded lot with free shuttle service and no surprise additional charges. Would absolutely recommend and would use again.

I want to give a big thank you to San Diego Airport parking. Recently, I had to travel with my husband who needs a walker and is very unsteady on his feet. When I called for a pick up at the airport, I explained that I might need some help getting him into the shuttle. The driver was so kind and helpful, both with the luggage and with my husband. When we arrived back at the parking lot, the driver pulled the shuttle right next to our car, and helped my husband off the shuttle and into the car. At the same time, the desk person came out with the car keys (so I didn't have to go inside) and loaded our luggage. I can't say enough grateful and wonderful things about the staff at San Diego Airport Parking.

We just came back from a Disney cruise out of San Diego. Since it was our first out of San Diego cruise we weren't sure where to park. My husband found this lot online and chose it for the price, and the close distance to the port. We couldn't have received better service. When we arrived, everyone we were in contact with, from the parking lot attendant, to the women checking us in, to the shuttle driver, were super nice, personable, and knowledgeable. Checking in was a breeze. The driver took us directly to the ship with no wait time. When we arrived back from our trip, we just walked right outside, and there was a shuttle to take us back to the lot. We didn't need to call or text anyone, the shuttle was just there. And while we drove back we heard dispatch confirming with the driver to make sure "Todd party of 3" was on board. When we arrived back to the lot, our car was right up front ready to go. All we had to do was retrieve our car key from the office, receive another upbeat, "hope you had a great cruise", and then we were on our way home. Honestly one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences EVER at a parking lot for a very reasonable daily fee. We can't recommend them enough. I would book another trip out of San Diego just to park there again.
